Vikas WSP informed BSE vide below notice Published at BSE site about Preferential shares to be issued to FIIs Groups.

Vikas WSP Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on October 24, 2007, inter alia, also to consider and to authorize Mr. B D Agarwal, Managing Director of the Company to issue equity shares of the Company on preferential basis to different FIIs groups registered with SEBI.
