Vikas WSP Board declares interim dividend & informs BSE

Today Vikas WSP informed BSE vide below notice Published at BSE site about the interim dividend.

"Vikas WSP Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 09, 2007, inter alia, has considered & approved the payment of Interim Dividend @ 25% (i.e. Rs 0.25/- per Equity Shares of Re 1/- face value) for financial year ended on March 31, 2008."
